My new best friend

Every morning I get up to the sound of a chirping bird. It’s almost like, she is there to nudge me and say “look what you are missing?” 🐦💕 It puts a smile on my face 😊 invariably.
When I pull my curtains, I see nature at play all around, so in sync. Trees swinging 🌳to the light breeze, birds in pair chit-chatting,cows grazing, and if I am lucky I see rain drops falling and leaves trembling with each drop. It’s mesmerising. I stand there everyday soaking it in, and feeling the calmness set in with each breadth; it soothes and nurtures my nerves. 🌻🌸
Then it’s time for my garam chai, with adrak, lemon grass and saffron (try the combo, it’s rejuvenating) some element of nature again 🌿 herbs. They have fundamental energies in them to manifest some human positive traits in us. It sets a positive tone to my day ahead.
Most of the evenings, I make sure I capture the sunset 🌅 in the evening (i promise I’ll post a live video one of these days), the dusk brings in a feeling of settling in and wrapping up the day. And as I walk bare feet in my terrace, I soak the earths energy only to feel a stream of vitality passing through, alleviating the lethargy of the day. At times, I also get a glimpse of the moon in all its serenity and grace. 🌙
I feel the abundance, that nature provides us so unconditionally everyday. We at times, are just not aware. ☘️🌼
I’ll always be grateful to the pandemic, it helped me find my new best friend, ‘nature’🌱. It soothes me, heals me, nurtures me, calms me, rejuvenate me and inspires me to always be in sync. Let’s protect it.
